La Cana Albarino, 2025, Rias Baixas, Spain

Importer Jorge Ordonez changed the international wine scene when he introduced the U.S. to Spain's beautiful Albarino grape in 1991. La Cana is named after the reed-like "canas" that grace the coast of Galicia, and Ordonez's mission is to create, traditional, high-quality Albarino that made him fall in love with the grape in the first place. This one is dry and medium-bodied with nervy acidity and vibrant notes of nectarine and oyster shell minerality.

Greywacke Sauvignon Blanc, 2025, Marlborough, New Zealand

Greywacke (pronounced gray-wacky) is a gray river rock found all over New Zealand. The winery of the same name was founded by pioneer winemaker Kevin Judd, who produces small, premium-quality wines made from Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir in Marlborough. This isn't your average New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc, though its elegance will leave you gobsmacked! Stoller Family Estate Pinot Noir, 2024, Dundee Hills, Oregon

The Stoller family bought the 400-acre property that would become the Stoller estate in 1943. Today, the estate is the largest continuous vineyard in the Dundee Hills, with 225 acres of vines spread over 109 sections. The Stoller family is famous for their focus on sustainability: they were the first winery in the WORLD to receive Leed Gold certification! This wine is dry, soft, and medium-bodied, with notes of brambly berries and smoky minerality.

The Ayala Brut Majeur is the flagship bottling of Champagne Ayala. It's made from a blend of vintages and from fruit spanning 70 crus coming and the 6 Grands Terroirs of Champagne AYALA: Cote des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallee de la Marne, Sezannais, Vitryat, and Cote des Bar. Castello di Ama, situated at the heart of the Chianti Classico appellation, has existed since Etruscan times!
